This 3 bedroom family owned villa has wonderful panoramic views of Kalkan Bay and Firnaz Bay throughout the property, and has its own swimming pool, large terrace and garden borders. If you are hiring a car there is also a parking area. As the property is located at Kisla it does require a walk of about one mile in to Kalkan itself. Palm Beach Club is just a minute’s walk from the villa. The villa is comfortable and modestly decorated. Your holiday representative will visit you on the first day following your arrival to make sure that everything is in order, but will then just be on hand by telephone (or visit if required) so that you can have the peace and independence you want.
LAY OUT OF THE PROPERTY
A small flight of steps lead you from the road to the very large sun terrace of the villa. The perimeter of the villa is planted with many Mediterranean shrubs and flowers giving it a homely setting. Wrought iron chairs and a table, provide the location for eating al fresco. There is also a stone barbeque to the side of the terrace. The private swimming pool is clean and large, with ladder steps to enter and exit the pool.
Sun loungers with mattresses are on the terrace.
The main entrance door leads you in to the hallway of the property. Upon entering the front door of the property there is a flight of marble stairs leading up to the first floor. The ground floor is of an open plan design, with the lounge the focal point of the ground floor. There is a seating group, television and feature fireplace.
Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area and both of these have patio doors that lead out on to the spacious terrace area and pool.
The kitchen is next to the dining area, and whilst it is small it is fully equipped with all the usual appliances such as a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with 4 gas hobs, kettle and microwave. As you would expect there is lots of crockery, cutlery and glassware available, together with kitchen utensils and pots and pans.
There is a shower room and W.C on the ground floor.
The villas three bedrooms are all situated on the first floor of the property. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned, and also have balconies with floor to ceiling sliding doors that offer sea views. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The second twin room has a chest of drawers, and bed side tables, with the wardrobe space for the guests in this room being located in the upstairs hallway right next to the room.
The main bathroom for the villa is located on the first floor next to the bedrooms.
The villa is cleaned weekly, but sheets and towels for 6 persons are supplied. If you require additional cleaning then it can be arranged at an extra charge.

We can arrange car hire for you at an additional charge. The road in the vacinity of the villa is an "off road" track. Due to the steps leading down to the property the villa is not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems.
