Villa Jordanna is a modern property, suitable for up to four guests, and is decorated in a unique way by the owner who is an artist, and is located in the Kisla region of Kalkan, situated on the far side of the bay, approximately 1.5km from Kalkan village. With its location being just 50 metres from both the sea and beach clubs, and with uninterrupted views across the bay towards Kalkan, this is a beautiful villa to enjoy a relaxing holiday in.
The lay out is situated so that the bedrooms of the villa look directly over the sea, so you can relax in bed and take in the beautiful views. Additionally the villa’s infinity pool affords these same views The interior is modern and there are some fabulous touches included in the décor that reflects the art of the owner, who is an artist from New Zealand. There are some original canvases painted in rich, vibrant colours throughout the property and fabrics hanging from the walls that give you a unique living space.
Your holiday representative will visit you on the first day following your arrival to make sure that everything is in order, but will then just be on hand by telephone (or visit if required) so that you can have the peace and independence you want.
LAY OUT OF THE PROPERTY
Steps lead you down to the property from the road just behind the villa. You pass the property’s shaded garden, planted with bougainvillea and other local flowers. This is an ideal place to sit for your lunch during the heat of the day. Garden seating is located here.
The villa’s patio area curves to the right at the bottom of the steps, and includes the private swimming pool and terrace with loungers and other patio furniture. The superb sea views here are.
From the terrace, floor to ceiling windows lead you in to the lounge area on the ground floor of open plan design which is arranged as a comfortable lounge area with TV/DVD and CD player, a dining area with seating for four people and a fully fitted kitchen. The front door of the property is situated in the kitchen and leads you through to the picturesque garden. There is a toilet with hand basin and W.C. off from the lounge area, next to the twisting stair case that leads you to the first floor.
The villa's two bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second room is twin bedded. Both of the bedrooms are en suite, with a shower and toilet. Each of the bedrooms offer lovely views across the terrace area and out to sea
Cleaning and linen changes are once a week; however, additional cleaning/linen changes can be arranged at an extra charge, if required.
The villa has air conditioning and heating throughout. The kitchen/utility room includes a full oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron with ironing board and clothes drier. The sitting room, as detailed, has a TV*/DVD and CD player. Please bring your own selection of both CD's and DVD's. ‘* There is no digital television, just for use with DVD player.

We can arrange car hire for you at an additional charge. The road in the vacinity of the villa is an "off road" track.
No pets are allowed at the villa, and smoking is only permitted on the terrace, garden or balconies. Due to the steps leading down to the property the villa is not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems.
