Karsak Evi is a charming property located in the Kisla region of Kalkan, situated on the far side of the bay, approximately 1.5km from Kalkan village. We can arrange car hire for you at an additional charge.
The location is fabulous, just 50 metres from both the sea and beach clubs with lovely views across the bay. The road in the vacinity of the villa is an "off road" track.
This two bedroom villa is suitable for up to four guests.
Karsak Evi was originally built as a private house so you are ensured of space and comfort throughout. The interior is designed in traditional Turkish style, and has a swimming pool and large terrace area.
The Karsak family live below the villa, and whilst are at pains to respect your privacy, they are always on hand to ensure that all goes smoothly with your stay here. Additionally on your first day in the area, your representative will visit you to welcome you to Kalkan.

LAY OUT OF THE PROPERTY
Steps lead you up to the property from the car park area.
To the right of the steps is the private swimming pool and terrace, which features an outdoor dining area, and boasts superb sea views.
On the ground floor the front door of the property leads in to an open plan room which is arranged as a comfortable lounge area with TV/DVD and CD player, a dining area with seating for four people and a fully fitted kitchen. Sliding doors open on to the large terrace and pool area.
The villa's two bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second room is twin bedded. Both of the bedrooms are en suite, with a shower and toilet. Each of the bedrooms offer lovely views across the terrace area and out to sea
A maid service is provided on a daily basis for light cleaning duties. Bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days.
The villa has air conditioning and heating throughout.
The kitchen/utility room includes a full oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron with ironing board and a hairdryer.
The sitting room, as detailed, has a TV/DVD and CD player. Please bring your own selection of both CD's and DVD's.
There is a safety deposit box in the villa and mosquito repelling machines.
The swimming pool dimensions are 5m x 3m, and is 1.5m deep.
