- 2 family bathrooms (ground and first floor) with Jacuzzi bath (ground floor), shower (first floor) basin and toilet.
- Fully equipped kitchen with built in oven/hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
- A separate dining and lounge area.
- Large formal lounge on the ground floor with satellite television and DVD player.
- Utility room with iron/ironing board etc.
- Roof top terrace with sun loungers, parasol, chairs and table.
- Private swimming pool within large terrace area. Lounger area has patio furniture, sun loungers and parasols.
- Well maintained throughout.
- Generous welcome hamper on arrival.
The villa is cleaned weekly with fresh linen and towels.
The villa is on a self-catering basis, with local supermarkets selling all sorts of produce just a 2 minute walk away.
The villa comfortably sleeps 10 adults.
